INA Führungsschienen für zweireihige/ vierreihige/ sechsreihige Kugelwagen (KWVE & KWSE)
INA Kugelumlaufeinheiten werden eingesetzt, wenn schwere Lasten über längere Distanzen reibungsarm und präzisionsgenau bewegt werden müssen. Unsere zwei-,vier-, und sechsreihigen Lineartechnik Kombinationen sind für eine lange Lebensdauer ausgelegt. Eine Konstruktion besteht aus mindestens einem INA KWE/ KWVE/ KWSE Laufwagen, einer INA TKD/ TKVD/ TKSD-Führungsschiene, Kunststoffendkappen und Dichtungen für mögliche Nachschmierbohrungen.
INA Führungsschiene für Führungswagen mit Rollen
INA-Linearrollenumlauflager und -führungen sind für hochbelastete Präzisionsanwendungen geeignet. Sie sind besonders gut für den Einsatz in Werkzeugmaschinen geeignet. INA-Rollenlaufwagen beginnen in der Regel mit der Bezeichnung RWU. Dazu passende Schienen beginnen mit der Bezeichnung TSX.

Eigenschaften von INA Linearführungen
Material
Der Schienenkörper ist wahlweise aus Stahl oder rostfreiem Stahl. Das von INA verbaute Stahlmaterial trägt zu einer hohen Belastbarkeit der beweglichen Teile bei.
Genauigkeitsklasse
INA Schienen sind in den Genauigkeitsklassen G1 bis G4 erhältlich. Die höchste INA Genauigkeitsklasse, G1, wird für hoch präzise Anwendungsbereiche verwendet. Die zumeist verwendeten Genauigkeitsklassen sind G3 & G4. In Deutschland sind alle Klassen verfügbar.
Baureihen
Die Baureihe liefert Aufschluss über die wesentlichen Maßdaten Ihrer INA Führungsschiene und bestimmt ebenso das Gebiet der Verwendung. Kugelwagen & Schienen müssen der gleichen Baureihe entstammen.
Breite Schienen
Die Abkürzung W steht bei INA für eine breite Art der Schiene. Hierfür werden spezielle INA Kugelwagen benötigt, die in ihrer Bauform zwar breiter sind, jedoch im Betrieb bis auf ein höheres Gewicht nicht anders handzuhaben sind. Entsprechende Wagen tragen in der Bezeichnung ebenfalls ein W.

Delivery to Germany and Austria takes place when ordering on weekdays before 6:00 p.m., usually on the same working day. This service is available for all items available in the shop from stock. For guide rails from 170 cm in length, excitement may apply.
Delivery national
The delivery time for delivery locations within Germany with UPS Express Saver is usually a working day. The costs are between 2 and 10 euros including VAT. With UPS Express, delivery can also take place for an additional charge before 12:00 on the following working day.
